Free Lunch Program Returns to Park Place with March Menu

The Free Lunch Program is set to resume at Park Place in Streator, providing a complimentary meal to the community. Sponsored by Deacon’s and the Hardscrabble Lions, the program will take place on the second Saturday of each month, with the next event scheduled for March 14, 2024.

This month, the Streator High School Key Club will host the lunch, serving a hearty menu that includes shredded pork with gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, dessert, and a beverage. The meal is completely free and open to individuals and families within the community. Dine-in and carry-out options are available, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the meal in a manner that suits their needs.
