Ramp Metals Inc. has received a two-year drill permit for its Rottenstone SW project in Saskatchewan, marking a significant milestone in its exploration efforts. This permit allows the company to drill an additional 150 holes and establish a temporary camp on site as required. The announcement was made on December 3, 2025, following a successful mapping and sampling program that focused on new and existing electromagnetic (EM) anomalies.

In an earlier news release dated October 21, 2025, Ramp Metals detailed its recent field program, which resulted in the collection of a total of 213 rock samples and 343 soil samples. The samples were submitted to Bureau Veritas (BV) in Vancouver on October 9, 2025, and the company is currently awaiting analysis results, expected by the end of December. The exploration efforts included ground FLTEM and borehole EM surveys, which are crucial for refining drill targets for the upcoming winter 2026 program.

Key Drill Prospects Identified for 2026

The company has identified several key drill prospects for the upcoming year. Among these, the Ranger site features a newly exposed shear zone located approximately 325 meters northeast of the Ranger-001 discovery hole. The Redridge site presents a newly identified 2.4-kilometer-long EM anomaly, situated about 5 kilometers south of Ranger, characterized by heavy oxidation and excellent outcrop exposure. Additionally, the Rush site has undergone geophysical surveys, leading to the identification of three new satellite targets within 1 kilometer of the main Rush anomaly.

Jordan Black, CEO of Ramp Metals, expressed enthusiasm about the new drilling permits, stating, “These newly granted two-year drill permits represent a huge milestone for Ramp Metals, unlocking a multi-year exploration runway and paving the way for an aggressive, high-impact drill campaign.” He added that the lab results from the recent prospecting program are expected soon, heightening anticipation for the upcoming drilling activities.

Geochemical Sampling and Analysis Procedures

The rock and soil samples collected during the field program were prepared and analyzed using specific procedures established by Bureau Veritas. Rock samples underwent the PRP70-250 package preparation, which involves weighing, drying, and crushing the samples before pulverization. Following this, analyses for gold, platinum, and palladium were conducted using BV’s FA330 and MA300 packages, utilizing fire assay and multi-element ICP analysis. Gold samples returning over 10 parts per million are further analyzed using a gravimetric method.

Soil samples were processed using the SS80 package, where they were dried and sieved to ensure accurate measurement. The analysis was conducted under BV’s AQ251+PGM package, employing ultra-trace ICP-MS analysis, which is particularly sensitive for low to ultra-low determinations.

Qualified Person Brett Williams, P.Geo., VP Operations and Senior Geologist for Ramp Metals, reviewed and approved the technical content of this release, ensuring compliance with the National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.
