New ‘Rise & Grind’ DLC Expands Criminal Underworld in Prison Boss Prohibition
The gaming studio TREBUCHET has launched a significant new downloadable content (DLC) pack titled Rise and Grind for its title Prison Boss Prohibition. This expansion is now available for purchase on both Quest and SteamVR for $4.99, with regional pricing varying depending on the location. The DLC introduces players to a new environment, gameplay mechanics, and additional content that enriches the gaming experience.
Set in the gritty backdrop of Scrambleton, a 1930s rail town, players will expand their illicit operations beyond the familiar streets of New Yolk City. The town’s industrial landscape offers a unique setting for players to engage in underground dealings. With new crafting tools such as furnaces, anvils, ring molds, and grindstones, players can create valuable contraband by hand. Items available for production include gold bars, gemstones, and various high-demand goods like rings and watches, all designed to elevate your black market reputation.
The Rise and Grind DLC allows for both solo play and cooperative gameplay for up to four players, enabling friends to collaborate on their bootlegging endeavors. Players will encounter new clients known as The Eggsploiters, a group of wealthy and ruthless mine owners who dominate the economy of Scrambleton. Building relationships with local factions while avoiding detection from law enforcement will be crucial as players expand their criminal enterprises.
In addition to the new content, this DLC continues TREBUCHET’s commitment to supporting Prison Boss Prohibition post-launch. Recent updates have introduced new police character models, the ability to bribe officers with cash, and enhanced comfort options for joystick locomotion. Looking ahead, players can expect further updates later this year, which will include a Custom Game Mode and a Sandbox feature.
For those interested in a broader experience, a Season Pass is available on Quest for $7.99, which includes the Rise and Grind DLC alongside various cosmetic packs aimed at aspiring crime bosses. With its engaging new content, Prison Boss Prohibition continues to captivate players and expand its community.
