Disney+ Launches Holiday Pop-Up Experience in Toronto
Disney has unveiled a holiday-themed pop-up experience at the Toronto Eaton Centre from November 28 to December 1, 2023. This initiative coincides with the Black Friday weekend and provides fans with immersive living room experiences inspired by popular franchises such as The Simpsons and Home Alone.
Visitors to the pop-up can engage with life-sized recreations of iconic settings. The Simpsons installation features a cozy spot where guests can sit alongside the beloved cartoon family on their famous brown couch. Meanwhile, the Home Alone experience recreates the McCallister’s home, allowing fans to relive memorable moments from the classic film. Upon visiting, attendees will receive a printed photo capturing their experience, along with a Disney+ watch guide to enhance their viewing choices.
The pop-up is conveniently located on Level 2 of the mall, near the Albert’s Way Entrance. Operating hours for the event are as follows:
– Friday, November 28: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
– Saturday, November 29: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
– Sunday, November 30: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
– Monday, December 1: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
This pop-up coincides with Disney+ Canada’s most significant Black Friday promotion to date, which offers a substantial discount on the Standard with Ads membership for an entire year. The promotion is part of Disney’s broader strategy to attract new subscribers during the holiday season.
For those interested in the latest offerings from Disney+, a recent round-up highlights new content set to premiere in December. Additionally, tech enthusiasts can explore ongoing Black Friday deals across various platforms to maximize their shopping experience.
Disney continues to innovate its approach to engaging with audiences, transforming traditional shopping experiences into interactive events that resonate with fans. As the holiday season approaches, this pop-up serves not only as a promotional opportunity but also as a festive gathering point for families and fans alike.
