Urgent Alert: Missing Tickets for ‘Take Your Pick’ Draw
The Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie has issued an urgent alert regarding the potential loss of ten ticket stubs for the upcoming ‘Take Your Pick’ draw. As the event approaches on March 16, 2024, ticket holders are encouraged to verify their tickets as ten stubs, numbered from 12451 to 12460, are currently unaccounted for.
According to a news release from the club, these missing tickets may either remain unsold or could have been sold by a father/daughter volunteer team. The Rotary Club is actively working to locate the ticket book and has requested that anyone in possession of one of these numbers reach out via email at [email protected] to arrange for a replacement ticket.
The club reassured the public that all other tickets have been accounted for and are securely placed in the Rotary drum ahead of the draw, which is scheduled to take place at 15:00 local time.
Community Support and Next Steps
In light of the situation, the Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie expressed gratitude for the community’s understanding and support. The organization emphasized that should the missing tickets be located after the draw, refunds will be available for those affected.
As excitement builds for the ‘Take Your Pick’ draw, participants are reminded to check their tickets to ensure they are eligible for what promises to be a thrilling event. The Rotary Club remains committed to transparency and effective communication throughout this process, and they continue to seek assistance from the community in resolving this matter.
Should any ticket holders have questions or concerns, they are encouraged to reach out to the Rotary Club directly. This draw not only offers the chance to win significant prizes but also supports local initiatives that benefit the community.
