Real Chemistry Launches RC Resolve to Navigate Healthcare Challenges
Real Chemistry has introduced RC Resolve, a new healthcare advisory practice aimed at assisting leaders in navigating critical intersections of science, business, economics, policy, and risk management. The launch, announced on March 15, 2025, is a response to the increasingly complex landscape of healthcare decision-making.
RC Resolve aims to provide a comprehensive model of healthcare advisory services, leveraging advanced technology and industry expertise. The practice focuses on delivering tailored communication strategies and actionable insights to help organizations achieve their desired outcomes.
“The healthcare industry is at a critical juncture, with the pace, complexity, and consequences of decision-making accelerating rapidly,” stated Jennifer Gottlieb, Global President and Head of Integrated Communications at Real Chemistry. “Healthcare leaders today are seeking highly specialized partners that combine deep industry expertise with advisory capabilities to navigate the regulatory shifts and financial uncertainties that complicate business advancement.”
The advisory practice will utilize proprietary, AI-powered tools, including ReputAI, a suite designed for reputation measurement and predictive message testing. Additionally, the HealthGEO platform will assess how large language models influence corporate perception, enhancing message clarity and measurable impact. Supported by over 2,000 professionals in life sciences, marketing communications, and technology, RC Resolve is positioned to provide healthcare advisory counsel that combines deep sector perspective with strategic foresight.
Core Services and Experienced Leadership
RC Resolve addresses a range of communication needs, focusing on areas such as policy, public affairs, crisis management, and corporate strategy. Among the senior leadership team is Sherry Pudloski, Group President of RC Resolve. She emphasized the importance of having advisors who understand the pressures healthcare leaders face. “RC Resolve was built specifically to bring together senior health advisors who understand the pressures from the outside in,” Pudloski explained.
The leadership team boasts extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Bridget Walsh, Head of Policy, has held government affairs roles at Pfizer and Boehringer Ingelheim, and has a decade of experience on Capitol Hill. Amy Atwood, Head of Transformation and Change Management, has led strategic communications across global healthcare enterprises, most recently at Takeda.
Other notable members include Shoreen Maghame, Head of Executive Communications, and Piper Evans, Head of Corporate Strategy and Reputation, both bringing invaluable expertise in communication and corporate strategy.
Strategic Advisory Council
The advisory council supporting RC Resolve includes distinguished leaders with extensive backgrounds in regulatory, legal, and health economics. Members include Jim Weiss, Founder and Chairman of Real Chemistry; Shankar Narayanan, CEO of Real Chemistry; and Kirsten Axelsen, a health economics expert at DLA Piper. This council is designed to adapt in response to changes in the healthcare landscape, ensuring access to relevant expertise as new challenges and opportunities arise.
“As a privately held company focused exclusively on healthcare, we’ve stayed true to our commitment to invest where it matters most for our clients’ growth,” noted Narayanan. He expressed optimism about RC Resolve’s potential to address current market demands and the strategic initiatives planned for the coming years.
Real Chemistry, celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2025, has established itself as a leading partner for innovative life sciences and healthcare companies. The firm specializes in AI-powered audience analytics and insights, helping healthcare organizations better understand and engage their audiences.
