This session is part of the Lunch and Learn Educational Series designed to inform participants about the recovery process following joint replacement surgery.

Key Insights on Joint Health and Recovery

Attendees will gain valuable insights into the anatomy of joints, the changes that occur post-surgery, and the expectations during physical therapy. The presentation will be led by experienced physical therapist Chris Walters, who will guide participants through the rehabilitation process in a comprehensive manner.

Participants can look forward to refreshments provided by Hy-Vee, creating an inviting environment for learning and engagement. Due to limited seating, advance registration is mandatory to secure a spot. Interested individuals can register by visiting kishymca.org or by calling 815-375-5392.
