DeKalb Library Invites All to Join Fiber Arts Club on March 1

The DeKalb Public Library is set to host a fiber arts club meeting for adults and teens on March 1, 2024. This engaging event aims to bring together individuals interested in learning new techniques and working on their fiber arts projects.

The meeting will take place at 14:00 in the library’s 309 Creative makerspace, located at 309 Oak St. Participants will have the opportunity to explore various sewing tools and accessories, enhancing their crafting skills in a supportive environment.

A special demonstration of sewing tools will be led by Rachael, the owner of MAD Fabrics + Studio. In addition to the hands-on experience, complimentary coffee and tea will be served to create a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees.
