General Kinematics, a leading manufacturer based in Crystal Lake, Illinois, has acquired Llambec Technology, a South African firm specializing in vibratory equipment. This strategic move enhances General Kinematics’ commitment to providing innovative solutions in the mining and bulk materials sectors, with Llambec’s 40 years of industry expertise now part of their portfolio.
The acquisition was announced on March 15, 2024, and signifies a significant step in General Kinematics’ growth strategy within the EMEA region. By integrating Llambec’s capabilities, General Kinematics aims to bolster its service offerings across Africa and improve its global position in vibratory technology.
