Centurion Minerals Extends Private Placement Closing Date

Centurion Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: CTN) has announced an extension to the closing date of its second tranche of a non-brokered private placement, initially reported in news releases dated October 22, 2025, and November 14, 2025. The company, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, successfully closed the first tranche on November 14, raising $207,500.

In this latest announcement, Centurion clarified that the finders’ warrants associated with the financing are non-transferable, and they share the same exercise price and expiry date as the subscriber warrants. Each unit in the private placement is priced at $0.05, comprising one common share in the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant can be exercised into a common share for a period of 36 months at an exercise price of $0.08.

The financing remains subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. This extension provides potential investors additional time to participate in the offering, which is aimed at bolstering Centurion’s exploration and development of precious mineral assets across the Americas.
