Beyond Oil Ltd. Celebrates Toronto Stock Exchange Listing
Beyond Oil Ltd. has officially opened the market on December 8, 2025, celebrating its new listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: BOIL). The event took place at the company’s headquarters in Kibbutz Yifat, Israel, where Jonathan Or., the Chief Executive Officer, and his executive team were joined by Yossi Boker, Head of Business Development at TMX Group.
Beyond Oil is a pioneering global food-tech innovation company focused on revolutionizing fried food production. After more than 15 years of dedicated research and development, the company has developed a patented filtration technology. This innovation significantly reduces harmful compounds in frying oil, enhances food quality, and lowers operational costs for food service operators.
Addressing Health and Sustainability Challenges
The company’s technology has received clearance from both the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Health Canada, positioning it as a solution to a major health challenge within the food industry: the repeated reuse of frying oil. This practice is widespread in various sectors, including restaurants, hotels, catering operations, food-manufacturing plants, and institutional kitchens.
By employing Beyond Oil’s patented solution, operators can significantly reduce health risks associated with oil degradation, while also enhancing sustainability practices. The technology not only saves costs but also contributes to a safer and higher-quality dining experience for both consumers and kitchen staff.
As Beyond Oil embarks on this new chapter in its growth, the company aims to expand its reach and impact within the food industry, providing innovative solutions that align with both health and environmental goals.
