Artifice Studio Launches Legends of the Round Table on March 31

Montreal-based indie developer Artifice Studio has announced the upcoming release of its turn-based role-playing game, Legends of the Round Table, scheduled to launch on PC via Steam on March 31, 2026. This game represents a creative reimagining of the classic Arthurian legends, merging historical accuracy with contemporary tactical gameplay.

Set against the backdrop of a medieval world steeped in honor, magic, and romance, Legends of the Round Table invites players to engage deeply with its narrative. The game is designed for those who appreciate strategic complexity and immersive storytelling, emphasizing choices that influence outcomes and character development.

The combat system in Legends of the Round Table features a chivalric turn-based format, where each encounter is significant. Players will experience mounted charges, intense duels, and challenging skirmishes that can result in permanent character loss. Visually, the game draws inspiration from 13th-century illuminated manuscripts, showcasing hand-painted artwork that captures the distinct style of the era.
