Six Injured, Three Critically, in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 7
A serious collision occurred early Friday morning, resulting in injuries to six individuals, three of whom are in critical condition. The incident took place just after 3 a.m. on Highway 7 near Maberly, Ontario, as reported by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP). The crash involved a transport truck, a pick-up truck, and a sport utility vehicle.
Emergency services responded promptly to the scene, where they found the injured individuals requiring immediate medical attention. The OPP confirmed that the situation is under investigation, and authorities are currently gathering more details about the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Due to the ongoing investigation, Highway 7 will remain closed between County Road 36 and County Road 511 for several hours. Detours have been established to facilitate traffic flow, but motorists are advised to exercise caution and avoid the area if possible.
