St. Charles resident Vito Graziano will present a public talk on the experiences of Italian immigrants in the late 1890s. This event will take place at the St. Charles Public Library on October 2, 2023, at 19:00 in the Carnegie Community Room, located at 1 S. Sixth Ave.
