OnePlus Enhances Mind Space with Google Gemini Integration

OnePlus has officially announced that its upcoming OxygenOS 16 will feature integration with Google Gemini, significantly enhancing the functionality of its Mind Space application. This development was confirmed by OnePlus India and is set to be rolled out on OxygenOS 16 devices worldwide.

Mind Space, an artificial intelligence-driven feature, is designed to intelligently manage and organize user content. It automatically generates summaries, keywords, and tags for saved items, making it easier for users to retrieve and utilize their information. The addition of Google Gemini is expected to elevate these capabilities, allowing for even more sophisticated content management.

The OnePlus 15 is anticipated to be the first smartphone equipped with OxygenOS 16, launching in China by the end of this month, with a global release expected next month. While the Chinese variant will come pre-installed with ColorOS, the global editions will showcase the new features of OxygenOS 16.

In addition to Google Gemini, the OnePlus 15 will introduce the innovative Plus Key, a multifunctional button positioned on the left side of the device. This button will replace the traditional alert slider seen in previous models like the OnePlus 13T and OnePlus 13s, offering users a variety of customizable options.

Further enhancing user experience, the phone will also incorporate Plus Mind, a feature aimed at quickly saving, cataloging, and recalling significant information displayed on the screen. Other OnePlus smartphones, including the OnePlus 13, OnePlus 13R, and OnePlus Open, are expected to gain Google Gemini integration following the OnePlus 15’s release, broadening the scope of this innovative feature across the company’s device lineup.
