Loyalist College Invites Future Students to Open House on Nov. 15
Loyalist College is set to host its Fall Open House on November 15, 2023, from 9 a.m. to noon, providing potential students with an opportunity to explore future career paths. This event will allow attendees to meet current students and faculty, delve into various program offerings, and tour the campus facilities.
Visitors will have the chance to engage with the college community by asking questions and gaining insights from those currently enrolled. The guided tours will showcase essential areas of the campus, including residences, laboratories, learning spaces, and student hubs. This firsthand experience aims to offer a genuine perspective on what it means to study and belong at Loyalist College.
Discover New Program Offerings
Attendees will also learn about Loyalist’s newest program offerings scheduled to begin in Fall 2026. Among these are the following:
– **Mental Health and Addictions Worker**: A two-year Ontario College Diploma designed to equip students with the skills needed to support individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges.
– **Addictions and Mental Health**: A one-year Ontario College Certificate focusing on the intersection of mental health and addiction issues.
– **Community Pharmacy Assistant**: A one-year Ontario College Certificate that prepares students for diverse roles within community pharmacy settings.
This open house represents an important opportunity for prospective students to gain valuable information about the educational paths available to them at Loyalist College.
