Glen Ellyn-Wheaton Chorale Celebrates 40 Years with Special Concert

The Glen Ellyn-Wheaton Chorale is set to commemorate its 40th anniversary with a special concert titled “Wintersong 2025.” This event will take place at 7:30 p.m. on November 21, 2025, and at 3 p.m. on November 22, 2025, at the Elmhurst Christian Reformed Church, located at 149 West Brush Hill Road, Elmhurst.

The anniversary concert aims to celebrate four decades of music and community engagement. The program will include beloved choral works, prominently featuring “Gloria” by renowned composer John Rutter. In addition to celebrating its rich history, the chorale is pleased to unveil its new interim artistic leadership, comprising Michael Popplewell as interim music director and Kevin Lange as collaborative accompanist and ensemble director.
