OnePlus 15 Color Variants Unveiled: Titanium Takes Center Stage
The upcoming release of the OnePlus 15 is generating considerable buzz as new details about its features and color options emerge. Expected to launch in October, the smartphone will reportedly be available in three distinct colors: Black, Purple, and Titanium. This information was disclosed by prominent tech tipster Digital Chat Station via Weibo.
Color Variants and Specifications
The inclusion of a Titanium variant is particularly noteworthy, adding a premium touch to the device’s aesthetic. While the colors have been suggested, it is essential to note that variations in color availability may exist in different markets, as seen in previous OnePlus launches.
In terms of memory, the OnePlus 15 will feature two RAM configurations: 12GB and 16GB. While the specific type of RAM has not been confirmed, it is anticipated that LPDDR5X will be utilized. The 12GB RAM model will offer either 256GB or 512GB of internal storage, while the more advanced 16GB RAM variant will include storage options of 256GB, 512GB, and an impressive 1TB.
It is also worth mentioning that the OnePlus 15 is expected to employ UFS 4.X technology for storage, though the exact version remains uncertain. As with previous models, there will be no option for storage expansion.
Performance and Software Features
Recent benchmarks from Geekbench have confirmed that the OnePlus 15 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 SoC. The benchmark results highlighted the performance of the model equipped with 16GB of RAM and running on Android 16. Additionally, OnePlus will layer its custom interface, OxygenOS 16, on top of Google’s operating system, enhancing user experience with tailored features.
In a related leak, another tipster, Yogesh Brar, revealed the internal codename for the OnePlus 15, referring to it as “Project Infinity”. This codename hints at the company’s ambitions for the device, suggesting a focus on innovation and performance.
As the official announcement date approaches, anticipation continues to build around the OnePlus 15. With its striking color options and robust specifications, the device is poised to attract considerable attention in the competitive smartphone market.
