Dailey Damhoff Earns Spot on UW-Whitewater Dean’s List
Dailey Damhoff from Morrison has achieved a significant academic milestone by being named to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater dean’s list for the fall semester of 2025. This prestigious recognition highlights the academic excellence and dedication demonstrated by students at the university.
In a statement, Robin Fox, the interim provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs at UW-Whitewater, expressed pride in the students who achieved this honor. “We are incredibly proud of the students who earned a place on the dean’s list,” Fox stated. “This distinction reflects exceptional academic achievement and the dedication our students bring to their studies every day. Their success strengthens our university, and we celebrate all they have accomplished.”
The university’s Registrar’s Office reported that a total of 4,107 students were selected for the dean’s list during this semester. This figure represents a notable segment of the student body, which numbers more than 12,000 across both the Whitewater and Rock County campuses.
The dean’s list serves as an important recognition of academic success, encouraging students to maintain high performance in their studies. The criteria for selection typically include achieving a minimum grade point average, demonstrating commitment to academic excellence, and completing a specified number of credit hours.
Recognition such as this not only highlights individual achievements but also reflects the broader commitment of the university to foster an environment where students can thrive academically. The university community celebrates these accomplishments, acknowledging the hard work and dedication of its students.
As the academic year progresses, the university continues to support its students through various programs and resources aimed at enhancing their educational experience. The success of students like Dailey Damhoff exemplifies the potential within the UW-Whitewater community and serves as an inspiration for their peers.
