Postman by Freeverse, Inc.
What can this App do?
When you are in a faraway place, enjoying the wonderful scenery, there’s only one thought in your mind. You’re most likely wishing that those you hold dear can see the view themselves. Here’s an App that can make that happen, without all of them hopping on a plane and joining you. With the Postman App, you can create incredible postcards and share them through social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter. You can also just email them to your friends and love ones via the World Wide Web!
How is it done? Very simple! According to itunes.apple.com, it only takes a few simple steps:
1. Take a picture, or you may use one that you already have in your library, or you may also use a Google Maps shot of your current location;
2. Add a Greeting on top of the picture you’ve chosen and then write a message on the back;
3. Pick a striking theme to make you postcard look astonishing; and then
4. Tap share.
Be assured that Postman will deliver your postcard to your family or friends, thru email or Facebook, Twitter, and/or Tumblr.

Excellent round up! TripIt is definitely one of my favorite travel apps. It helped me keep track of all my travel activities. I surely would not go out of the country without it. I’ve just been to Amsterdam, and another good travel app I discovered is “25 things to do in Amsterdam.” It’s a destination specific app that works offline, including the map. I highly recommend it to those who are planning to have a trip to Amsterdam. Thanks for this list!
